Building from Hangzhou.

I’m Lei Huang. I spent two years building payment systems at Alipay in Hangzhou, three years as a solo developer in Shanghai, and three years at Klarna in Berlin. Those years trained a bias for systems that stay correct under pressure.

Distance also changed how I look at China. Back in Hangzhou, I still write and photograph carefully - but the professional center of gravity is agentic software and developer tools that can be inspected, evaluated, and trusted.
